This position is a regular full time position located in Austin. Position Responsibilities:Prepare and submit key figure forecasts including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, EBITA, and working capital positions on a monthly basisPrepare and review specific financial reports with the business unit directorsResponsible for monthly financial closings and reporting of division results including departmental profitability and budget fulfillment and analysis of variancesPreparing project profit & loss calculations and performing customer price calculations applying different pricing strategies such as contribution margin based, market-oriented, competition-based pricing models Support in developing  and preparing annual financial budgets for the specific division, software, and professional services businessIdentify gaps to close to achieve budget expectations and work with remaining division management team to develop planning and implement measures to close gapsEnsure efficient flow of financial and project-related information into, within, and out of division through analysis of current processes and implementation of improvementsCommercial review of vendor, partner, and customer contracts including discussion and analysis with legal counselPerforming special projects for the business unit controller such as Working Capital Improving, ProImprove, etc.
